Summer Evening & Father's Day Join us for a festive evening on the Cotton Bar terrace! On the menu: homemade gravlax salmon, burrata and heirloom tomatoes, roasted eggplant, followed by grilled Angus flank steak or sea bass fillet, served with roasted corn, baby potatoes, and grilled vegetable ratatouille. To finish: Snickers-style éclair, homemade tiramisu, and strawberries with light vanilla cream. Musical entertainment, games in the gardens and around the pool.
