“Two descendants of the illustrious Georges Méliès have taken over the candy and toy stand that the genius filmmaker ran at Montparnasse station when his career was faltering. The candy vendors will explain, through words, music, and visual tricks, how their ancestor got out of his predicament by actually going to the moon (long before Armstrong and long after Cyrano de Bergerac) during a daring expedition, and how he regained his fortune thanks to this expedition and… a mint lozenge.”
