I'm Virginie, a certified Feldenkrais practitioner and state-certified jazz dance teacher. I welcome you to my cozy studio in Bangor for personalized individual sessions and duo sessions tailored to your needs. I offer compassionate support to anyone wishing to rediscover a more harmonious relationship with their body, improve their posture, increase their mobility, and cultivate lasting well-being. Through gentle body-based approaches such as the Feldenkrais Method, Postural Ball®, and safe abdominal exercises, I offer personalized guidance that respects your pace and needs. Each session is an invitation to explore movement in a new way, to develop your body awareness, and to rediscover greater freedom, stability, and comfort in your daily life.
