You have a sea view from the garden with a magnificent sunset in summer. The house is located 3 minutes walk from St Julien beach and very close to Kastoul beach. The nearby coastal paths are ideal for escape and hikers/joggers. The garden is maintained and clear. The house has an internet connection with TV and WIFI (Freebox).
