It is a large double beach, of sand or small pebbles, oriented on several sides, which can be visited at any time of the day. It allows access to the Îlot des Poulains. Be careful during high tides (coefficient greater than 100) because then the sea isolates the island where the lighthouse is located! From the beach you can see Sarah Bernhardt's fort.
