Charming Belle-Île house for 6 to 7 people maximum, ideally located near the port of Le Palais (20-minute walk from the ferry terminal), 5 minutes from shops, yet in a quiet location away from the noise. Bordardoué and Ramonette beaches are 1km away. The house is approximately 80 m2 and includes: - a large living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, standard coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, induction hob, and sofa bed; - a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a shower room and toilet on the ground floor; - 2 large bedrooms upstairs, each with a sink and one with a shower, with 140x190 and 160x190 beds plus an 80x190 bed; - a separate toilet upstairs. Garage for storing bicycles if needed, parking available in front of the house. Large, secluded, and shaded 720 m² garden facing south with a terrace, tables, parasol, Weber barbecue, and sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi, TV, and smart speaker. No pets allowed. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Additional photos available upon request. Mandatory cleaning fee of €90 payable to our concierge. Security deposit of €1000.
