A hyphen between Earth and Ocean: The chef, Franck Moisan, invites you to discover a creative and regional cuisine around the best seasonal products... An outstanding diplomat, he manages the feat of reconciling classicism and modernity, likes combine the flavors of the open sea with those of the Bellilois terroir and, even more, surprise its guests by welcoming an endemic plant on a dish or an astonishing mixture of spices...a nod to the Compagnie des Indes which was at the origin of Lorient, very close. With a predilection for short circuits and the conviction of the importance of respecting the seasons, Franck invites you to embark on a motionless cruise aboard the 180°. Served by a young and dynamic dining room team orchestrated by Anthony Boisnard, the cuisine happily blends with a very fine wine list. Booking is recommended. The 180° restaurant offers one or two menus every evening for dinner. A starter/main course/dessert menu is offered at lunch or, if necessary, at the Marie Galante restaurant in our neighboring hotel Le Grand Large.
