Note of intent: It is not a question of imitating Barbara, it is it is about evoking it as we remember someone we loved. In this show we are in memory and suggestion. In tribute. At the origin of the creation of this show, the passion of Blandine Jeannest for the universe of Barbara. The desire to bring together a dozen of his very beautiful songs, their romantic and racy universe with the work of the great melodist that is Chopin "black sun of menacolie" and the elegance of a black photo and video and white in reference to humanist photographers of the 20th century such as Brassai pu Cartier Bresson. A series of texts written by Bandine Jeannest and addressed to Barbara make a link over the music, evoking the life of the lady in black and her exceptional destiny. Barbara trained at the conservatory sang Fauré, she also recorded Brassens (her first award with the Charles Cros Academy Prize). This music naturally takes place with Prévert Kosma (for the title song), Poulenc or Rachmaninov (for his Slavic origins) in the course of the show.
