Desk, Bed & Breakfast

Recently completed, this guest room has been specially designed to accommodate remote workers or digital nomads looking for a large space with a desk and a very high-speed internet connection (130 Mbps on average). The "Desk, Bed & Breakfast" comprises a large, bright 25m² room with a dual view of the sea and the valley, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Located in an annex, it is accessible via a private staircase. It is equipped with two hotel-quality beds, a spacious work desk, a sitting area with tea and coffee, and a satellite connection. Guests have access to the large garden, as well as a dining area under the apple tree or on the terrace, weather permitting. The Grands Sables beach is 200 meters away via direct access, as is the GR 340 hiking trail. Enjoy absolute tranquility and breathtaking views of the islands of Houat and Hoëdic for a stay immersed in nature. Breakfast features local Belle-Île products: butter and yogurt, bread and brioche from Maria and Joachim, and homemade jam. A small adjoining room is available for one person: €40/night, breakfast included. For meals, guests can use the microwave in the main house. Homemade picnic lunches are available upon request for €15 per person. Transfers between Le Palais and Desk, Bed & Breakfast, and back are included. For hikers, pick-up is available at the start and finish points of the GR trails. Electric bikes are available for rent and delivered to the property. Traditional bicycles are also available for loan. Energy is provided by ENERCOP (100% sustainable). Minimum stay of 2 nights. From €110 to €130 per night. A 30% deposit is required upon booking. Pets are not allowed.
