This tasting will highlight wines from craftsmen who respect life and whose work aims to limit their impact on the vines and during the winemaking process as much as possible. The tasting will be led by Gilles Picard, professional taster in geosensory analysis (Franck Thomas method). Participation: 30€/pers with a bottle offered to each participant.
