Seasonal vegetables take center stage, featured as fillings for flavorful and appealing savory tarts, perfect for on-the-go meals for both children and adults. The workshops present techniques and tips while incorporating a zero-waste approach. After a season in the Paris region, Bien-être en cuisine is opening a second location on Belle-Île-en-Mer, showcasing the island's produce. We offer a schedule of workshops throughout the summer, based on two formats: "Le Trio des Tartilois" and "La Tarte des Pointes." These workshops, designed for adults, are held at my home, where I can accommodate up to six participants. Ingredients and equipment are provided. Private, group, or family classes can also be arranged upon request. For any information, you can call me or fill out the form on my website. This activity is open from May to September on Belle-Île. Dates and descriptions of the workshops can be found in the calendar, which will be updated weekly.
