Situated on a 500m² plot, this recently renovated, detached house sleeps four (plus a young child in a cot) and is a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal and Ramonette beach, a 5-minute walk from a supermarket, and right next to the Bois du Génie forest. Enjoy its bright and airy feel and leafy garden in a peaceful setting, while still being close to shops and the coastal path. The house is very well-equipped with high-quality furnishings. On the ground floor you will find: - An entrance hall with a closet - An open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room - A shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - A bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a small bed for a young child under 7 years old (70x140 cm) - A shower room with toilet Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking. End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility. However, upon reservation, we can arrange for external cleaning services. Tourist tax is extra. Access to the garage is available upon request.
