The workshops present techniques and tips while incorporating a zero-waste approach. A flexitarian, gourmet, and savory menu. Participants create a nourishing and balanced individual savory tart using vegetables and protein. They prepare a rich, textured side salad dressed with an original homemade sauce. The protein source is meat, seafood, or plant-based, depending on the program. The program includes: • Simple and crispy homemade pastry • Discussion on the health benefits of food • Flavor combination ideas • Creation of a simple accompanying sauce. The creations are enjoyed together on-site, for a joyful and convivial sharing experience. Containers are available on-site for those who wish to take their food home.
