Our large meeting room offers panoramic views of the sea and valley. Satellite internet is available. We offer direct access to Grands Sables beach and the GR 340 hiking trail. A minibus transfer to and from the boat is also available. E-bike service. Mindfulness training in Belle-Île Alma & Mesa with Clémence Heurtebise (200-hour certified mindfulness teacher). Three months from January 6 to March 24 | 12 sessions | every Tuesday 6:00–7:30 pm | Registration required. How about giving yourself the gift of starting the year with habits that make you a true ally of yourself? To find inner peace, better manage stress, not be controlled by your thoughts, act consciously instead of reacting, better accept your emotions, and feel your body more consciously. Mindfulness means being in the here and now, observing what is happening within you without reacting. And when you focus your attention on returning to the present moment, miracles happen! Improved stress management, increased self-confidence, the ability to prioritize, new perspectives, and a better relationship with yourself… The 12-session program: 1. Introduction to mindfulness: Full presence / Defining goals. 2. Slowing down and body awareness, developing self-compassion. 3. Breathing: Grounding, regulation, and relaxation. 4. Where does my attention wander? Dealing with a restless mind. 5. Observing the breath and integrating it into daily life. 6. The mind: How to gain distance. 7. Stress and emotions. 8. Overcoming emotional reactions and rumination. Making conscious decisions. 9. Communication: Mindful listening and expression. 10. Strengthening the foundations. 11. Silence – a short meditation retreat. 12. Long-term practice plan and closing ceremony. Accompanying exercises will be taught over the three months: mindful pausing, body scan, calming breathing techniques for stress management, gentle movement, an introduction to meditation through mindful sitting and walking, and audio recordings for practice. The underlying premise is that mindfulness can be cultivated at any time, regardless of whether the practice is formal or informal.
