What if you gave yourself the gift of continuing the year by integrating practices that will allow you to improve your physical and mental well-being? To be able to find spaces of calm within yourself, to better manage stress, to not be guided by the mind and rumination, to choose rather than react, to be able to better welcome your emotions and inhabit your body more fully. Mindfulness is a meditation technique that allows you to be here, there, and now, to be able to observe what is happening within you without reacting, without judging. When you strengthen your attention to return to the present, a better relationship with yourself develops. Mindfulness also helps prevent burnout and depression. This program, while offering therapeutic benefits, is designed to be preventative and educational for anyone wishing to improve their lifestyle. Each week, discussions and practices will be offered to gradually integrate mindfulness into daily life. Theoretical concepts will also be covered, and discussions will enrich your progress. Guided meditation exercises with audio tracks will support and reinforce your practice, allowing you to make the most of these three months and retain these resources for life. We look forward to discussing the program beforehand and joining you for these profoundly human, rejuvenating, sometimes humorous moments, which above all allow us to establish lasting habits to dance with life a little more gracefully.
