The fruit musts used are obtained by natural fermentation, without the addition of sugar, enzymes, or yeasts other than apples or apple pomace. The distilled wines, pomace, and beers that serve as the basis for our eaux-de-vie are recovered from accomplice producers who work with passion, in line with our principles and respect for the environment. We do not purchase any alcohol of industrial origin. The stills used are old copper machines. The plants used to make our arranged schnapps are either organically grown or picked by us, with all the love we found on site. From fermentation to bottling.
