The NAUTILUS is changing course and setting the bar towards plants. New 100% vegetarian cuisine and in the form of a buffet! The team is delighted to offer you a new seasonal, vegetable and gourmet cuisine, a selection of organic, local and seasonal products. We offer you an inventive, simple, tasty and plant-based cuisine. An oyster bar will whet your appetite (the virtuous shellfish par excellence, celebrated by Sarah Bernhardt). Not forgetting the cheese buffet which will be present! Prices: €39 per adult (excluding drinks) and €18 per child. From the heights of Pointe Cardinal, a change of scenery is guaranteed in our bright room which offers a magnificent view of the entrance to the port of Sauzon. Relax at aperitif time: enjoy a cocktail while admiring the rosy glow of the sunset over the Ria de Sauzon from our terrace!
