Located in the heart of Le Palais, on one of the town's oldest streets, the ground floors of which were once occupied by shops or workshops. Most of the original buildings can still be seen. The house, fully renovated, has retained its workshop door from this period, which was once a carpentry workshop. The neighborhood is very quiet yet close to all amenities (shops, market, restaurants, cinema, etc.), and includes several boutiques such as art galleries, home decor stores, and delicatessens. The proximity to shops, the daily market, and all means of transport for exploring the island (bike and car rentals, bus departures) makes it a perfect location for a car-free holiday. It also provides easy access to the beaches of Ramonette (a 15-minute walk) and Castoul (a 20-minute walk). Description: This fully renovated period house offers over 130 m² of living space: - a ground floor with an entrance hall, a large, welcoming open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, a bathroom with shower and toilet, - a first floor with two adjoining bedrooms (a large bedroom with a single bed, adjoining a bedroom with a double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, - a second floor with a large double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a separate toilet (WC, sink).
