Ideally located a 10-minute walk from the family beach of Kérel and a stone's throw from the coastal paths and the magnificent beaches of Yeyew and Dotchot, the house is fully equipped and comfortably accommodates 6 people. Ideal for families or stays with friends. With an area of 90 m², it consists of a main room – living room, dining room, and open kitchen – 4 bedrooms (2 large bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and 2 small bedrooms with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) and a double bed (130 x 190 cm)), 2 bathrooms, a relaxation area, and a walk-through veranda. The slightly off-center bedroom on the ground floor and its adjoining bathroom offer additional peace and quiet for rest. The house is equipped with every comfort, even for children/babies (high chair, baby bath, changing mat, travel cot, etc.). A very well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, etc. A library, high-quality bedding, duvets, and pillows, a washer and dryer, a Bluetooth speaker, etc. A wooded garden and a sunny terrace with barbecue equipment and garden furniture border the rear of the house. ADSL Wi-Fi internet access is available. Use of the fireplace is prohibited. Private parking is available. Located in a very quiet lane in the hamlet, providing a peaceful and friendly environment. A fee of €50 per double bed and €40 per single bed applies for the provision of bed linen, towels, and household linen. Pets are not allowed. A final cleaning fee applies in addition to the prices indicated. Rentals are available year-round, at least weekly during school holidays. We also accept monthly and long-term rentals from September to June.
