Welcome to La Minoterie. You will be warmly welcomed by Sylvie, Frédéric, Phil, or Pierre, your hosts. In the peaceful hamlet of Borgrouaguer, 1.4 km from the beach and port of Le Palais, La Minoterie, with its two guest rooms and 2800 m² grounds shaded by magnificent trees, offers a warm welcome. A generous breakfast is included. Guests have independent access and the garden is equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture. The studio (or room) is 13 m² with two or three single beds (on request). Meal preparation is available. The shower and toilet are separate (shared with the other room) and located outside the rooms (2 meters from the bedrooms). The house is very close to the only cycle path leading to Le Palais. By bike, you can easily explore the island's attractions, beaches, and secluded coves thanks to routes along secondary roads and farm tracks away from the two main traffic arteries... (80 km of recommended routes and 6 loop circuits). Studio (or room) features: - Minimum stay: 2 nights (3 nights minimum) outside of July and August - Non-smoking rooms / no pets allowed. - Internet access included - Bed linen and towels provided. - Check-in time: 4:00 PM (earlier drop-off possible with prior notice). - Check-out time: 10:00 AM. - Breakfast served between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM (other times available upon request). - Amenities include: a tray with a kettle, cups, teaspoons, tea, coffee, sugar, a tea towel, a refrigerator, small appliances, and dishes. Bathrobes are provided in each room. 3% discount for stays of 8 days or more (towels changed weekly and sheets available upon request). €8/day discount for single occupancy. Individual or group (2 or 3 people) wellness sessions are available with Sylvie Schwarz, a psycho-energetic therapist: relaxation, family and systemic constellations, "breath and voice" techniques, energy and vibrational sessions, Reiki, intuitive dance, listening, and coaching.
