Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm), one of which has an 80cm wide door and a French door opening onto the terrace, facilitating access for a person with reduced mobility. The toilet and bathroom doors, which have a walk-in shower, are also 80cm wide. First floor: two bedrooms, one small with a single bed (120cm) and one large with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), a small bathroom in the attic, and a separate toilet. Terrace at the front and rear of the house.
