My family home, Ker Bihan Palais, rated 3 stars, is ideally located in a quiet area, a 2-minute walk from the port and the heart of Le Palais village, and a 7-minute walk from La Ramonette beach. A veranda with a dining area for 10 people and a relaxation area opens onto a walled garden, landscaped with trees and flowers, complete with a hammock and sun loungers. The house is very bright and tastefully decorated. It has 7 bedrooms (ideal for 2 large families), including one additional bedroom. All shops are nearby. It is fully equipped and child-safe. THE ACCOMMODATION: Even in the height of August, you can relax in complete tranquility in the hammock, on the garden loungers, or on the sandy beach, just a 700-meter walk from the house. You can also walk (coastal path 10 meters from the house) or cycle to the magnificent beaches of La Ramonette, Port Guen, Port Andro, and Les Grands Sables. For sports enthusiasts, Belle-Île is a renowned spot for sailing, boating, fishing, golf, horseback riding, and the GR 340 long-distance hiking trail (a 4-day circuit of Belle-Île-en-Mer is possible by hiking from the house; the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away). And for those who would like to surf, Donnant beach is only a 20-minute bike ride away. The house has 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Child-friendly and safe house (stair gates), complete baby equipment available (2 cribs, baby bath, changing table, baby bouncer, numerous games, children's books and toys, Peg Perego high chair, baby bath, 1 baby bath seat, toilet seat reducers, potties, children's tableware, changing table, baby safety gates). GUEST ACCESS: Access to Villa Ker Bihan is very easy. Upon disembarking from the ferry, a short uphill walk will take you to the house in 3 minutes. The entire family home is at your disposal, including books and numerous board games. Make yourself at home and enjoy your holiday. Take the TGV to Auray train station, then a direct bus or train from Auray to Quiberon (the "Tire-Bouchon" service runs from June to September), then a ferry from Quiberon to Le Palais, or take the TGV to Vannes (direct ferry to Le Palais). Other remarks: Free Wi-Fi is also available, as well as Hi-Fi and home cinema equipment (high-quality LG flat screen TV). Bedding is regularly checked and replaced. Cleaning fee for entire house rental as furnished tourist accommodation: €200, payable directly upon arrival.
