Surrounded by a hedged garden, it includes a private parking space (number 11). It is situated in the Rosboscer area, just over 1 km from Le Palais (the island's main town and the ferry port), in a small, quiet residential development. It is within walking distance of Le Palais for the daily market and shops. A supermarket is approximately 600m from the development, and a bus stop (Belle Ile Bus) is 200m away. The bright house faces east and west. The garden table can be moved to either side of the house depending on the sun's position. On the ground floor you will find: ✓ A living room, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen ✓ A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) ✓ A small bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: ✓ A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) ✓ A children's bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm) ✓ A small bathroom with shower. Duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided. However, you should bring: fitted sheets, duvet covers, or sheets and pillowcases. Pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking. End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility. However, upon request, we can arrange for external cleaning for an additional €60 – please let us know in advance.
