Smoking is not permitted; parties and gatherings are not allowed. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed. A bus stop, a crêperie, and a grocery/bakery are 800 meters away. Donnant Beach and Vazen Beach are 2 km away. The ground floor comprises a small living/dining room with a television, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a kitchen with a refrigerator (including a small freezer), a gas stove with an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs: accessed by a steep staircase (may not be suitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties), there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). Outside: garden furniture, six sun loungers, a barbecue, and a garden shed for storage. Baby equipment: travel cot, baby bath, high chair, and toilet available upon request. Bathroom kits can be rented. Bed linen is provided. Available for rent from April 1st to October 31st.
