Christian Bobin day by day Self-portrait at the radiator, fragment of a journal illuminated by music: Bach, Schubert, Janacek, Arvo Part, Barbara directed by Jean Pierre Schneider Christian Bobin is a poet of the "moment", finding his sources of inspiration in those capable, like him, of marveling at the simple things in life. His death on November 23, 2022 seems to have had the discretion of his life. ` It was therefore necessary to make a part of this important poetic and philosophical work heard. Self-portrait at the radiator is a show composed of fragments taken from a journal written by the author in 1996 and published in 1997 These fragments are grouped into bouquets evoking the everyday objects dear to the author, the contemplation of which "brings him back to the world", and the questions that haunt him at this moment in his history: life, waiting, the irruption of joy, mourning, silence. These fragments find their echoes in the music of composers that Christian Bobin loved. Blandine Jeannest continues her work of putting great poetic texts into perspective through music. The self-portrait with the radiator is for her: "an essential invitation to recharge one's batteries in the objects and lights of everyday life.
