Exposition : Georges Le Bayon

Around artist's books. Painter, sculptor, and engraver, based in Belle-Île for over 40 years, former professor at the Beaux-Arts de Lorient, Georges Le Bayon maintains lasting collaborations with numerous poets such as Alain Jégou, Yves Prié, and Jacques Josse. He has published numerous artist's books combining poems and illustrations where his visuals interact closely with the words of his poet friends. Yves Prié, creator of Folle Avoine publishing house and publisher of several of his works, will also be present. Both will share with us the fruitful dialogue between words and the illustration work done by Georges Le Bayon.
