Hello, You are welcomed by a Belliloise family who lives in Belle Ile all year round. House classified with two holiday keys and two stars-prefecture (2019). The house (approximately 96 m2, house of typical "belliloise" architecture) is located in the town of Le Palais, route de Bordustard, at a place called "Le Potager", in a very quiet and sunny location all day long. It is ideally placed because at the same level as the port of Le Palais which is surrounded by hills... It is 600m from the pier, which is a real advantage for going shopping in Palais without taking the car, and no hill to climb...! (Super U supermarket and Casino less than a kilometer away). The house is set in an enclosed garden of approximately 650 m2, well maintained and planted with garden furniture, grass terrace, parasol, barbecue, relax chairs. Parking in the garden, bus station at 400 m. The rental is close to shops and supermarkets. Nearest beaches: "Ramonette", "Port Guen", "Port Fouquet".. It is less than 5 minutes by car from Porz Gwenn beach. It is also on the route of hikers who wish to visit Belle Île via its central plateau. It can accommodate 7 people. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed, radio alarm clock, bathroom adjoining the bedroom with shower + washbasin + hair dryer, separate WC with washing machine + ironing board and steam iron . A living-dining room with fireplace, flat screen TV, wifi connection, DVD player, a library with books and extensive documentation on Belle Ile, IGN map, hiking or cycling guides, historical books, board games, a radio, pine furniture, sofa, armchairs, farmhouse table, exposed beams, ceruse panelling. There is a very "marine" atmosphere. There is all the household appliances imaginable in the kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, robot, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and many utensils...). Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, the other with two 90 beds). There is also a second bathroom with bath and WC. Possibility of adding a bed and a baby table if you wish. The house is nicely decorated. I can welcome you at the Palais landing stage and I can come and transport you with your luggage if you do not pass your car. Animals accepted if clean. If you do not pass your car, I can possibly provide you with my own vehicle, a POLO WW which is always useful to go shopping or to go for a walk at the other end of the island, for example. It's a not very young five-seater but which can be very practical if you decide not to pass your car. If you want it for the week, please let me know beforehand (€10 per day + full tank of gas on return + vacuum cleaner, unbeatable price!) I have six adult bikes and a child's bike available Being Bellilois , I will be able to inform you about your visits, fishing spots and fishing techniques, hiking, etc...
