Three string instruments, one wind instrument, look for the odd one out! This educational and civic work makes children think about difference and makes them aware of the values of secularism. “This show is rooted in a little tale that I had invented for my three children, confronted like each of us with the suffering of their differences. Because, if it is impossible to change reality, we can, even at 8 years old, even at 4 years old, guided by the word of the adult, change the look we have on the difference. This subject of difference, at the heart of all the bickering in schoolyards, is also the ferment of the moral and ethical development of human beings", confides Chrystel Rayneau, flautist and artistic director of the Ensemble Hélios, about a spectacle. The young public follows the meeting of this flute and the accomplice trio. Witness the hopes of one and the mistrust of the others, until the happy ending, when the group becomes a quartet. The show received the 2022 Secular Initiative Prize. Awarded by Casden and MGEN, this annual prize rewards an exemplary initiative in favor of secularism and tolerance.
