La main à la Pat', creperie with character(s). With a view of the port and the Citadel, we offer variations around buckwheat (classic pancakes, buckwheat samosas and wraps, potato pancakes, Breizh burgers), pancakes with farm milk from Belle-île, artisanal or farm ice creams... We only use fresh and seasonal products, as many local products as possible (vegetables, milk, cheeses, ice creams, teas and herbal teas, salmon, chocolate, aperitifs, wines, charcuterie), and this all the year. Here we are fighting for our territory! Short circuits, control of our impact on the environment, involvement in local life = tasty pancakes! With us, consume responsibly and commit to the territory of Belle-île! • To strengthen the local economy: 77% of our raw materials are produced on the island or purchased from local businesses. In all, 18 Bellilois suppliers that we will present to you with pleasure! • To control our impact on the environment: waste prevention and sorting in partnership with the CCBI, a 100% cooperative & renewable electricity supplier via Enercoop… • For culture & local life: book exchange area, books and magazines to consult on the spot, exhibitions, support for various associations involved in the development of the territory (Au coin des Producteurs, Union of Palais traders, Tourist Office).
